Arrival and Welcome Party
- Late Morning: Airport and Hotel Pickup
- Afternoon: Checkin, Orientation session with a warm welcome, introduction to our chef, and a discussion about dietary preferences.
- Early Evening: Once you're settled in, we will provide everyone with a late afternoon snack and depart for our boat ride on Guatape Lake.
- Post-Dinner: The journey continues with a relaxing boat ride. You’ll have more time to enjoy your mocktails, learn about Guatape, dance, and mingle under the starlit sky.
Mindfulness and Nature Exploration
- Morning: Opt for a cold plunge, then join our sunrise meditation and enjoy a healthy breakfast.
- Late Morning: The day continues with a class titled "Owning Your Authentic Self," led by Elizabeth. This session is designed as a journey to discover and enhance your unique genius zone.
- Afternoon: Free time for various activities – wakeboarding, jet skiing, boat ride, or coffee tour.
- Evening: Participate in a cacao ceremony and insightful discussion.
Cultural Immersion and Wellness Activities
- Morning: Begin with sunrise meditation, followed by a rejuvenating yoga session and breakfast.
- Late Morning: Embark on a hike to La Piedra del Peñol for stunning views.
- Afternoon: Explore Guatapé town and enjoy traditional Colombian dishes for lunch at a local restaurant
- Evening: Experience a group dinner at a local restaurant, featured a curated menu of healthy and delicious dishes *
Reflection and Departure
- Morning: Attend the final meditation and gentle yoga session, followed by breakfast.
- Late Morning: Reflect and share experiences, then gather for a farewell lunch with a variety of nutritious dishes.
- Departure: Check-out and transfer to your next destination, enriched by your wellness retreat journey.
